Zakaat on Oasis crescent retirement annuity

Asalaamualaikum

Kindly advise

I am 32 years old

I have Oasis crescent retirement annuity.

Rules on Withdrawal or Retirement:
A member may only withdraw or retire from the Fund between the ages of 55 and 70.

Do i pay zakaat on :

1) the total value of the annuity or

2) on the contribution for this year or

3) no zakaat to be paid at all as i am unable to withdraw the money till i am 55 years.
