Assalamualaikum
. I would like to know if one is allowed to give zakaat monies to certain organizations who then use this money for bursaries for the poor? also this organization uses zakkat monies to start up businesses for individuals who are allowed to recieve zakkaat so they can then earn a living instead of constanly recieving zakaat? is this allowed?
