Zakaat calculation

Slms Respected Mufti Saheb. My questions pertains to Zakaah.
1)Say you have R5000 for the period of 1 lunar year and on the day before you calculate your zakaah you receive R2000. What is the amount that I should pay Zakaah on-R5000 or R7000?

2) IF a woman that has gold Jewellery over the nisaab value but for a period less than 1 lunar year. Is zakaah payable on that jewelery? She did NOT have surplus money in her possesion greater than the nisaab during the last lunar year.

3)Is zakaah payable on money that I’ve been saving for going to Haj with from the begining of this year(January). I will calculate my zakaah on the 30 Ramadaan insha allah.
