Zakaat calculation

Question

IF a woman that has gold  Jewellery over the nisaab value but for a period less than 1 lunar year.  Is zakaah payable on that jewelery? She did NOT have surplus money in her possesion greater than the nisaab during the last lunar year.

If you are payer of Zakaat then add value of Jewellery and pay on the total. If was not payer of Zakaat then will wait for 1 Lunar year before payment is due.
