Zakaat – (SARS) (Pension/Retirement)

please assist me with the following zakaat q’s as I am in the process of discharging my zakat

Is zakaat payable on amounts to be received from SARS within the next 12 months, I am not in possession of this money but when I submit my tax return in the coming weeks I am due to receive an amount of money (tax rebate)
