Working for a life assurance company

I feel very un-easy at work. I dont have barakah in my rozi and i feel that my income is not completely halaal. I do read Surah Waqiah. I feel like i am getting in to a comfort zone now and it will be difficult to find other employment. Should i start looking for another job?
I dont want to disobey Allah and Nabi (SAW). I have the intention of getting married this year and want everything in my life to be shariah compliant. Dont want to start a family on the wrong standing of Islam.Some scholars say i should get another job ASAP.
Please help me with some advise.
