Winning something without entering a competition

Asalaam Mufi. Would like to find out. I didnt enter any competition but received an sms saying that i won something a company. When I called them to inquire i was told it was a promotion and that they received my number from someone that purchased from them and they trying to get more customers to buy from them. The product which I won is worth R299 but I need to pay R99 delivery fee. Is this permissible?
