Wife in Hijaab Working at Secular School

Question

A scholar's wife, who is also a Hazrat, drops his wife to work in a secular school and she dons the niqab. Is this permissible?

If it is essential for her to teach and within the school all Hijab laws are maintained then it is permissible.
