Why is one restless and why does one see things?

I dreamt that I was trying to help people that was affected with sihr and I was reading ayatul qursi and blowing on them. The first person seemed to get a little better but the second person became totally insane, acting so mad that it shocked me. Can you please tell me what does this mean.
