Why cant the first Kalimah be recited more than 200 times a day?

Question ID: 24514

Assalamu Alaykum Mufti,
I was going through a few questions and answers and few things confused me .. you replied to one question that the best Zikr is the 1st Khalimah but it is not to be recited more then 200 times a day , i would like to know the reason for this ? i would have thought to read the Khalimah the more the better?
the 2nd thing i read was that a Sahabi (R.A) drank the blood of Nabi(Sallallahu Alayhi Wa Aalihi Wassallam) and another Sahabi(R.A) drank the urine of Nabi(Sallallahu Alayhi Wa Aalihi Wassallam) ? please could you explain to me what happened here ? isnt urine Napaak ? and 2ndly Nabi(Sallallahu Alayhi Wa Aalihi Wassallam) was the most modest person , so what exactly took place ? JazakALLAH
Also i sent a few other questions which got blank replies?
