What should one do if ones brother only gives one half of ones shares

I was in partnership with my brother and when we split up he gave me half the liabilities but no half of the assets as it was on his name but he distributed it to his children. We also build his house in partnership fully furnished and when we seperated he did not reimburse me for my share and gave the house to his son. He promised to pay me R5000.00 every month for my house and he has not paid a cent for years. What is the ruling and ahadith on this?
