What should one do if one gets aroused and discharges?

asalaam. im a 32yr old man neva married and when looking or thinkin of women or looking at pictures i get aroused and a clear liquid is released from my private..now this hapens during the day. sometimes just a drop.
ive been using tissue to prevent underwear stain.
