My husband drinks alcohol and I have asked him many times to stop,he tried but starts again.He is a very good husband otherwise and I would like to know is there anyway I can make him stop and that he himself should hate it.All the people he deals with also drink and he finds it too difficult not to drink. What does Islam say about a situation like this and what advice can you give me. if i get upset and fight with him he starts getting upset with me as if i am doing the wrong thing. I don’t want my husband to hate me so now i dont say anything anymore. I also ddnt know about this before marriage.my marriage was arranged by parents, and they also do not know. Is there any dua I should read ?he also never harms me.
