What is to happen if there is more than one shareholder for a property?

slmz mufti my question is as follow
what is the shari ruling with regards to that property in which there are more then one shareholder,some of the shareholders want to sell the property others do not.
can the parties who want to sell say that they are majority so the propety must be sold?
i have offerd to purchase thier shares but asked for “terms” they refused!
can they arbitarely make me sell my share of land ?
what are my righs in light of the shariah and what should be do in my situation?

Follow the share documents if it exists.
In this case share holders permission on property have to be taken.
