What is the penalty for breaking a promise to ones wife?

I promised my wife that she would be my only wife and that I would only sleep with her and my private part only belongs to her.
If I wish can I marry again and what is the penaly for breaking a promise

It is not necessary to fulfil un-Islaamic promises.
