Assalaamu Alaykum,

Is wearing niqab compulsory for every ladies? What rewards does she get if she wears the veil and the punishments if she doesn’t ?

May Allah increase our ilm.

Wearing the Niqaab is obligatory. Not wearing it is a major sin and brings the wrath and anger of Allaah.
