All the causes of your watching must be curtailed immediately; cut off connection with the medium that you are using to source this Haraam material. Choose the company of the pious and righteous. Every time a desire comes in your heart, make wudhu, open the Qur'aan, and read very slowly. Allaah will aid you InshaAllaah.
