slmz . would like to know:

a friend of mine has been divorced from her husband who gave her all 3 talaaqs for 7 months now. she says that now he regrets it and would like to marry him again. What is the law pertaining to this?

2. If she does get someone to marry her and then give her a talaaq do they have to consummate the marriage?
