Assalamualaikum Mufti,
What should i do in the case where my husband totally changed after our marriage, meaning, does not make Salaah regularly, i’m helping financially but yet he buys expensive things. He is constantly lying about everything!! When i confront him he promise to change or he will say i’m overreacting or even lie more to get out of a lie!! I suggested counseling, but he refuses to go. don’t know what else to do, his constant lying is making me trust and feel for him less and less.
Are these valid reasons for a fasakh?
