Using zakaah for monthly payments for a home mortgage

Slm, Mufti Saheb, can one help a muslim brother with deposit and monthly payments for a home mortgage with zakaah funds, or would it be better to loan this money to the muslim brother?

If the brother deserves Zakaat then give him Zakaat to pay his monthly installments if his house is going to be lost due to non-payment.
