Assalamu Alaikum Respected Muftisaab,
(Question on Urine Drops , Wudhu)
Muftisaab I place a considerable amount of tissue paper by my private parts area. At times I notice some wetness has come out and showing on the tissue paper.
1 . Before Salaah when I go to see this, if I notice some drops on the tissue paper but my private part is dry, can I change the tissue paper and carry on to make wudhu or do I have to make istinja with water then carry on and make Wudhu.
Im afraid I will miss Salaah if I have to make istinja with water .
