Uncertain of talaaq

mufti sahib, my question is few days ago me and my husband had an argument and my husband said to me that in his heart he gives me talaq then he said I think I gave you 3 talaqs but had not said yes he is sure and many times he used to say 'I will divorce you, don't want to keep you'. I request you to clear our status of relation please. Jazak Allah.

As long as he does not verbally say it Talaaq does not occur. Thinking in the heart does not make Talaaq occur. 'I will divorce you' does not constitute Talaaq.
