Mufti sahab, at one silly instance our local mufti on a doubt basis said one talaq took place between me and my husband and we can do raja.. Somehow I was unable to accept the fact. So this thought haunted me day and night and there was fear of losing my husband.. I repeatedly used to ask my husband whether it is a problem. One day I asked my husband “am I still your wife?” my husband said he heard it as “are you still my wife?” hence he said no, I am still your husband. Does that constitute talaq? I want to be on a safer side hence this question. I don’t want to lose my husband. And if no talaq took place what can I do to take these things go out of my mind? I am very much scared.
