Truth or taqiyyah?

Assalamu alaykum. In reference to a question I asked earlier (11815) I would further like to ask How would we, or the Aaalim know whether they are speaking the truth or doing taqiyah?

Let an Aalim who knows and has dealt with Shias in such matter do the questioning. He will make out the truth InshaAllaah.
