if a male is a transsexual or vice versa meaning that a male has undergone operative medical procedures to become a female or a female has undergone surgery to become a male, what is the ruling on the ghusl of such person if the person passes away.

what is the authority for homosexuality being haraam. As muslims are we to believe that it does not exist or that it is to be suppressed? How are people that are gay supposed to suppress what they feel if it is a natural predicament?
