Touching daughter with lust

I was hoping you could help answer a question for me on behalf of somebody else

it is a very disturbing subject involving incest.

1)If a father touched his daughter in a lustfull way would this break the nikah between him and his wife?

2)If a mother touched her daughter lustfully would this break her nikah? i hope that inshallah you can answer these questions for me. may Allah reward you.
