Muftisaab I’d like to know if a man had to reprimand his wife to what extend is he allowed to use physical force, I know islam doesn’t allow abuse, but when will it constitute abuse? Like Ayub (as) was commanded to take sticks n lightly stroke his wife, what force is a man allowed islamicly to use, if the women is in need of reprimanding?
