Assalamu alaikum,
Respected Mufti Sahab, I want to ask that
1.) Till what time one can read fajr (morning) namaz and Asar (eveing) namaz. Suppose the fajr namaz ends at 5.20 am India time so can one read the fajir namaz till 5.15 or last till 5.20. if one mises jamaat and got up late so that the namaz does not become Qadha. Can one do this or not.Or it has to be read 5 minutes before Tulu-e-aftaab or make it qadha afteward?. What to do.

2.) In case of Asar namaz, suppose the of Gurub of Aftab is at 5.45pm, so if someone arrived late due to some reason can he read the namaz till say 5.40 or last till 5.45pm so that the namaz does not become Qadha. Can one do this or not? Some say the Asar namaz has to be read 10 minutes before Gurube Aftaab. So in this case will one read it or leave it if the time has crossed 5.35.pm and then make the namaz Qadha and read it after Maghrib the qadha though there was time of ten minutes before the azaan of maghrib. What is correct and what should one do in these cases.?
Jazzak Allah!

1) Fajr ends with the rising of the sun. Asr ends with the setting of the sun. If one starts Fajr and the sun rises then Fajr is not valid. If one starts Asr and the sun sets then Asr is valid. If you miss your Fajr then perform it after sunrise. Perform it with the 2 Sunnats if done before Zawwal.

2) As (1).
