Thinking and dreaming of talaq

If a husband thinks a lot about divorce and sometimes say i talaq you or i divorce you in his heart but sound from his mouth and his nose not clear word….sound ‘Eheeee’ or e heeee e’ or EEeehhh, this is talaq?
