tawaaf salaah

1) can the two rakaats of tawaaf salaah be performed after fajr and asr.
2) if no and this was done for umrah. what should be done to correct. also
3)can you make the tawaaf after asr, do safa marwa, read magrib and then read the two rakaats during umrah.
