Salam, my question is, its been 2years, my husband and i split up.. over the phone he told me it was over between us… am i still under his nikkah? even though we havent seen or heard from one another in 2 years?
If he meant by his state 'Talaaq' - divorce then one Talaaq has fallen. If he says he did not intend Talaaq then no divorce has taken place. If he meant Talaaq, your Iddat is even over.
