Talaaq over sms

Asalamualaikum Mufti Saheb, regarding post question #10681, my wife was being influenced and wrongly advised by her parents, I did send the sms saying ” I divorce you, I divorce you” and 1 was given prior to that in person. She does acknowledge her faults, and the sms she typed out to me telling me “if she wants to work things out etc etc…” was typed out before I sent the sms, unfortunately I received it a second after I sent the sms. I sent it very reluctantly and on her brothers orders who told me straight out that he does not wish to hear my crap, they want the divorce, they wanted it in writing, and I did not have the courage to write it out and post it. My wife really does love me, and I love her to. But unfortunately, her family left no room open for reconciliation, and now we are in this situation. Please advise Mufti if the sms Talaaq is valid, I seen many answers by Mufti saying Sms talaaq is not valid, and I do hope by the will of Allah this one is not valid. I know that Insha.Allah we will be happy from here on forward if its declined. Please Mufti understand my wife and I had no contact over the phone, as she was instructed not to answer any of my calls, I spoke to her the first time a week after I sent the sms, and we both cried and regreted the outcome of our situation. I did see posts where Mufti stated clearly sms Talaaq is not valid, but I am just making sure. Jazaakallah
