Talaq in sleep does not take place
My problem is i don’t know i say it in my sleep because im not conscious about what i say and i hear it but can’t control my mouth
I sleep then wake up i know i am in the bedroom and say talaq and hear it but i can not control my mouth (then after saying that i think ‘this is talaq’ (may be +_ 10 second) then i sleep again. i am thinking a lot about talaq
no intention of talaq, but if i donot pray before sleeping in jinabah, before sleep i usually say that but i sleep even i know i will say that and really do say that,
i am saying it in the night because of not praying before sleep. And the next night i say it again because i sleep before salat isha. may be Some times i know if i will say that in my sleep . does this constitutes talaq or not
