Dear Mohtaram Mufti Sahib,Assalam o Alaikum
1) One day in a fight with my wife I uttered following words without intention of Divorce”Get lost from here, I don’t need you”
2) On an another occasion during chat with my wife without anger and without divorcing my wife I said following”Let me leave you, I leave you”
3) On another event on a matter of Hurmat-e-Musharaat after listening from my father that he touched my wife with lust I said”This has put my wife Haraam on me. through this my Nikah has broken”
When I put this Masla in details to a Mufti he said Hurmat-e-Musaharaat is not proved.
My Question is that have these words constituted the Shar’ee Talaaq?
