Sunnats for men and women

Assalamu alaikum,
Respected Mufti Sahab, I want to enquire that the sunnat which a male adorns in his daily life, like dua before eating, going to toilet, going out of house, applying surma, etc etc so should these be also done by women and girls. Or these sunnats are only for men to follow and apply in ones life. Should all the sunnats be applicable to women as in case of men.

2. If one does not do so will he or she be a sinner?
