Sunnah of eating of the floor and not sleeping on the floor

Today like few other times you mentioned it is Sunnat to eat on the floor but not Sunnat to sleep on the floor. Please?explain the Sunnat way to sleep for me to get the same reward as eating on the floor the Sunnat way.

It is written in Fatawa Mahmoodia that to sit and eat on the table is against the Sunnat. It is stated in many books that Nabi (S.A.W) should sleep on a bed. What Nabi (S.A.W) did - what he always did - is Sunnat. To use a bed is permissible and not Sunnat; to eat on the floor is Sunnat. Eat on the floor to receive the reward for eating on the floor.
