Studying computer engineering

Respected Mufti Saheb,
Maaf for troubling you. I have one query:

I am currently in Grade 12. I am still undecided as to my study path for next year.

1. Is Computer Engineering/ Computer Science a suitable field of study for a muslim?

2. Will I beable to benefit deen by studying this?
