Starting a professional formation/education in order to get a job

Assalamu alaykum

If a Muslim started a professional formation/education (3 years) in order to get a job, but due to weakness he sometimes didn’t pray at work.
1) Would the outcome (money) of this formation and the later assigned job/post be halal nevertheless?
