Son neglects quraan and salaah

salaams muftisaab. hope you are in the best of health.i have sent in a question but have not recieved a reply.i have two sons and a daugther. second son aalim and daughter aalima. alhumdulillah both are practicing their courses.the eldest is totally different.i brought him up the same way as the others but he has failed me.he has a good job but he ignores me.i have even given him a car and paid for all his studies.his salaat and quraan tilawaat is always neglected which annoys me.when i reprimand him he gets upset.eventually i told him he must do what is best.he ignores me and family members as well.according to him everything he does is correct. please advise.salaams.your work is incredible.may allah give you long life.i have sent in this about a week ago.
