1) Should one use the Govt. coupon system fro Damm-e-Shukr sacrifice?
2) What should one do when one is informed or sees for himseld that a tape-recorder is playing the words of sacrifice in the Govt abbotoirs when animals are being slaughtered – and the person has purchased a coupan also?

1) It is permissible of one exactly knows time of sacrifice
2) This is totally un-acceptable. Kindly contact authorities to clarify. If tape recorder is been used, do not use the system.
