Shaving the babys hair

slmz mufti.im pregnant and my baby is due next month.my husband wants to shave the baby’s head after she is born (he is hanafi), but i dont want her head to be shaved as the shafi do not shave the head, they only cut a piece of the hair after baby is born. is the method of cutting a piece of hair incorrect???? is it a must to shave the whole head????
