Selling cars on hire purchase

I am considering opening a used car business/dealership, i would like to know if its permissible to sell vehicles on hire purchase using bank finance considering the fact that not all customers can afford to pay cash for a vehicle they want and/or not all customers are willing to use the islamic finance options/packages that certain banks like Absa & Wesbank are offering to finance their vehicle because they feel they save more money in the long run when the lending rate & term are both not fixed.
