second wife secretly

assalamu alaikum mufti sahab..i am from india and 30 yrs old and my parents are searching spouse for me..one guy frm a matrimonial site showed interest to marry me and he works in saudi. we were talking on phone for about 3 months. now he told me that he is married and have one girl and again he wants to marry me secretly but including both the families agreement and not that much grandly and after the marriage he wants to say to his wife about us.i am in confused state because i am not able to decide anything.plz help me.jazakallah khair
