Savings account called Million a Month

First National Bank has an account called the Million a Month, its a normal saving account whereby you can choose with interest or not, but theres a possibility of you winning a certain amount of money every month via a draw is it permissible to have that account and use the money given to you or won in any way possible?

It is not permissible fo one to intentionally put money into account in order to stand a chance winning. If one was putting in that account and now it has subsequently this bonus, then it is permissible.
