reviving a SUNNAT

1. Most ULEMAS are of the opinion that reviving a SUNNAT of Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) will gain a reward of 100 martyrs. For eg. having a nap after lunch or performing EIDGAH. Can this be regarded as worthy of such a high reward. Is this HADITH true or not?
2. Is ABU JAHAL in JAHANNAM already serving his punishment when he refused to accept Islam?
3. Will it justify the African people from Africa to complain to Allah (SWT) on the day of Judgment about the following? a. Their appearance and facial outlooks compared to Europeans, Chinese or Indians. b. Their intellect or lack of intelligence compared to other nations. c. They being used mainly as slaves all over the world because of their strong body construction.
4. Apart from those Privileged SAHABAS and the people that took part in the battle of BADR, who else can achieve JANNAT without reckoning?
