Question ID: 39514

I am married to a revert for seven years. His non muslim son lives with us and is in matric now. what are my rights regarding his lifestyle after matric being in total conflict with my islamic way of living.
1) How long am i supposed to live with him in the same house?
2) Is my husband correct to make a will and say the house im living in should be 50/50? and can he put his stepdaughter and other relatives in the same will?
3) can he wish what he wants because it’s his will, or can i have a say as i am working for him in the business.? and can he have his brother as an executor?
4) im more concerned for sadaqah jaariya etc. as there is no strong contact with his relatives. Please advise on the shariat aspects.
