Assalamu alaykum. I am in the process of being retrenched my employer(corporate company) is not following the labor act (sec 189 ) and not honoring our written employment contract of a 3 month written notice. I have been advised to take legal action as a Muslim what are the boundaries and what should I request as a settlement from an Islamic viewpoint if we end up in court?
