Reading salaah and quraan with a wound that doesn?t stop bleeding

assalaamu alaikum
if a person has a wound that is bleeding and it is the time for salaah, can you read salaah if you stop the blood from flowing from the wound by clogging the wound with powder (it stops the blood from flowing out of the wound)
and can you read quraan if you have a wound that wont stop bleeding

If the blood stopped flowing then Salaat valid.
If the blood does not stop for more than 5 Salaat to such an extent that one cannot perform with Wudhu and a 4 Rakaats without Wudhu breaking then you are 'Mazoor' (-Make Wudhu and you can make Salaah and read Quraan etc-)
