people are reading my thinking; i want to obstruct it.

I am 27 yr old guy.i want your help to overcome from this unfortune difficulty.people are reading my thinking from 2 yrs;i come to know abt it from last 1.5 yrs.
Even the childhood person bet the 10-14 yr old childrens are also reading my thinking maens whatever is going in my mind is come to know to those people.
the problem is that whatever i try to do or think is coming to know to them.i don’t have any matter all these people.But i need your help so that u can provide me some sort of wazifa/amal/taweez or provide me some help so that it become impossible for thought readers to read my thinking.Since, i am not bad guy , i am good job employer working in Ltd. company. you can let me know abt your ans. ; help through my this email idI i am going to marry with my partner in nearing 1 month ; I believed that after my marriage this will be continue; i can’t stay like this.
can u provide me sort of amal to protect mine from thought readers such that it become impossible for them to read my thinking? you plz! provide me wazifaa or defence amal to stop thought readers.
