Rainbow chickens

1)MuftiI recieved a newsletter from the Majlis dated 14/03/09 that you have conclusively ruled all commercially slaughtered chickens as haraam, is this true?

2)We have the bathroom and toilet in one do we read the dua when entering the toilet if we only make use of the shower?

3) Where do we read the dua for ghusal?

4)Can we read the dua when looking into the mirror if we have one in the bathroom?
